  • Fertility is a word that can conjure up so many emotions, and can be an emotionally anxious-ridden time for many women. Here our intention is to balance, prepare and nurture your body and mind in the best possible way, to support you on your journey.

    Womb health may be dependent on many factors, so our approach to supporting any kind of fertility care is absolutely ‘holistic’ – supporting you completely. We’re not just talking about your reproductive health (although that obviously plays a big part), but getting to know ‘you’, bringing awareness to your lifestyle, your emotional strength, your general health, your mindset, the life stressors you may have experienced and that may be very current to you right now – all of this is vital in being able to support your overall womb and fertility health, and the positive process around conception.

  • The power of touch is really underestimated until you have experienced it.

    In addition to working with touch therapy, we also combine the use of essential oil therapy, tapping into the central nervous system to engage the parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system, endocrine and reproductive systems, allowing your body to balance, regulate, detoxify and assimilate.

    Essential oil therapy can support you in the following ways:

    Adrenal, antidepressant and anxiolytic remedies/ tonics to support acute and chronic stress, anxiety and states of anger or grief.

    Diuretic oils to aid in lymphatic congestion and PMS.

    Emmenagogues to support irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea (painful periods).

    Hormone regulators to support menses and other reproductive health issues relating to PCOS, endometriosis or fibroids.

    Together our focus will be on clearing energy and imbalance to your womb space and reproductive organs through specific fertility ‘abdominal’ massage, restorative massage, fertility specific acupressure and reflexology, rebozo work and essential oil therapy.

    This is a process that will support the body in helping to clear stagnation and blockage by stimulating blood flow, releasing muscular tension, bringing symmetry back to the pelvis, and more importantly engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to keep your stress hormones low and beautifully balanced.

  • 90 minute session (including consultation time) – £80.00

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing so that you can be free in your body, should gentle exercise or movement form part of your session.

    It is important to ensure you have time to let your body balance and rest after the session, so we would advise against filling your time and booking in lots to do.
