Using essential oils can help support many common pregnancy ailments, however our focus for this session will be very much based on the benefits of using these oils during labour, and the considerations that should be made.

Essential oils will help support labour symptoms such as muscle and mental fatigue, sickness, anxiety, pain, and certain birth specific oils will have a strong connection with the uterus, assisting in the dynamics of birth.

This is a wonderful course that really allows you to explore the oils that are most relevant to labour and birth.

You will learn about the history of aromatherapy, the process from field to bottle, a dip in the world of chemistry and most importantly, the therapeutic values of each chosen oil.

You will then be given the opportunity to make your own blends and remedies based on the support you would like for your own birth.
